  Camping is allowed throughout the seashore, except for the following locations:

  1. 1. Within 100 feet of a well, shade shelter, bulletin board, dock or other structure; except that greater restrictions apply when such structures are located in areas noted below:
  2. 2. On the oceanside beaches in front of either cabin camp as specified below, except by permit.
